The quickest way to cancel your order is to email sales@prohorse.com.au. Please note we can only cancel the order if the product is yet to leave our warehouse. Once it has left, you will have to return it to us for a refund.

No, we only sell through our online store prohorse.co.nz. Our warehouse does not allow pickups.

- 90 days after receiving your order
- The product is in its original condition
